questo scarico termignoni e' omologato per la mia Monster 821 del 2017?
E' incluso il certificato di omologazione europea? Se no, come faccio ad averlo?

No, il terminale in oggetto è compatibile fino al modello 2016. Controlli bene l'anno di produzione della sua moto. Se è stata prodotto nel 2016 ma immatricolata nel 2017, allora l'articolo è compatibile.
Ovviamente il terminale è omologato e ha il certificato di omologazione al suo interno.
